WorkAbility was joined by all eight Queensland universities for a state wide NDIS Jobs Roadshow to help Grow the Allied Health Workforce.

The online mass recruitment event took place on Allied Health Professionals Day, Thursday 14 October, with more than seventy registrations and 11 disability service providers recruiting across the state.

Universities included Griffith University, The University of Queensland, Australian Catholic University, Southern Cross University, Bond University, University of the Sunshine Coast, Central Queensland University, James Cook University and TAFE Queensland.

NDIS Jobs Roadshows are mass recruitment events for people looking to find work in the disability or community services Industry.  Events offer job seekers the chance to meet local employers face to face and talk about the jobs they have available in their organisations.

The next NDIS Jobs Roadshow takes place for Rockhampton and Central Queensland on Thursday 25 November at the BCC Cinemas, North Rockhampton, from 12- 7pm.
