WorkAbility Queensland, in collaboration with Jobs Queensland, is developing a free Toolkit to help organisations delivering NDIS services undertake workforce planning.
The Workforce Planning Connect Toolkit for NDIS Service Providers will provide an introduction to workforce planning for this sector, to help organisations to understand their workforce needs and plan for the future.
The Toolkit will be supported by a series of workshops designed to help organisations develop a workforce plan using the Toolkit resources.
Be a part of this sector initiative
WorkAbility is forming a reference group to help guide the development of the Toolkit to ensure its effectiveness for the sector.
Nominations are being received from organisations who are delivering NDIS services and that are interested in being part of this reference group. Nominations close 28 May.
