Did you know free courses are available to under 25s in Queensland? 

TAFE Queensland and Central Queensland University offer 26 priority Certificate III qualifications to people under the age of 25 as an extension to the Free TAFE for Year 12 graduates program. Free means the Queensland Government covers the full cost of training in a high priority qualification, so students don’t have to contribute to  fees.

A wide range of courses available within Health and Community Services are available, they include:

  • Certificate III in Community Services
  • Certificate III in Education Support
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Certificate III in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting
  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
  • Certificate III in Health Administration
  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
  • Certificate III in Health Support Services
  • Certificate III in Pathology Assistance
  • Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Certificate III in Laboratory Skills
  • Certificate III in Sterilisation Services
