A Diploma of Leadership and Management is being funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DESBT) and aims to develop managers and supervisors as significant roles within their organisation.
The course is designed to:
• Give practical skills, knowledge and understanding to manage all aspects of a business
• Provide you with the rolls and strategies to manage yourself, others and the organisation
• Gain the skills that will enhance your capabilities in management
The course is being delivered online over 12 months and explore topics including:
• Time management
• Workplace sustainability
• Workplace safety
• Emotional intelligence
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• People management
