The WorkAbility consortium is made up of three organisations who have worked together since 2015. The consortium works on strategic workforce policy, planning and development across Queensland to help ensure the National Disability Insurance Scheme is a success.

Community Services Industry Alliance
The Community Services Industry Alliance (CSIA) was established to give a unified voice to the force of good that is our industry.
CSIA is here to advance the business and sustainability of Queensland community services in order to make a bigger difference to the lives of Queenslanders.
The aims of the CSIA are to:
- promote the profile, value and contribution of the Community Services Industry
- position the Industry as an influential, active and respected contributor to social and economic planning and policy development
- build an innovative, productive, sustainable and connected Community Services Industry including developing the Industry’s collective economic and business capacity.

Queensland Council of Social Services
The Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS) is the state-wide peak body for individuals and organisations working in the social and community service sector.
For more than 59 years, QCOSS has been a leading force for social change to build social and economic wellbeing for all. With members from throughout Queensland, QCOSS undertakes informed advocacy and supports a strong community service sector.
QCOSS’ key activities focus on providing effective policy advice, working to strengthen responsive community services and having productive partnerships with the community sector, government, private sector, academia, media and the broader community. This work is done with a Queensland free of poverty and disadvantage front of mind.
