Hi Patty, we gave grams of sugar and sources of sugar great importance in our review, allowing slightly more grams of sugar for those bars we would consider to be a small meal replacement.

Hi,
I find the bars from PaleoValley to be the healthiest option.
Low sugar and super clean healthy ingredients.
Some of these bars are way to high in sugar for the amount of protein.
