Welcoming our NDIS Common Induction Project Officer
WorkAbility welcomes Tannia Lancaster as its new project officer for the NDIS Common Induction Micro Credential project. The project is an initiative that will see a positive outcome for the NDIS community services industry especially for participants and their support workers, carers and family.
Based in Cairns, Tannia brings more than 25 years’ experience in government administration, policy and regulation, together with a Diploma in Project Management.
Tannia worked as a project officer for ten years on a range of different projects, including the mutual recognition of regulated occupations across Australian State and Territory borders.
She said the NDS Common Induction Micro Credential is one of the most exciting projects she has been involved in.
“I’m looking forward to realising the results of this project and seeing the benefits that this project will bring to the NDIS community in Queensland,” she said.
