NDIA releases Rural and Remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Strategies
The National Disability Insurance Agency’s (NDIA) Rural and Remote Strategy and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Strategy have been released.
The strategies focus on enabling quality engagement, service delivery and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in rural and remote communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Australia.
The strategies were developed drawing on the knowledge and experience of the NDIA trial sites and the expertise of the Rural, Remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Reference Group and associated working groups.
